Venue and Seating Information
Opened in 1908 as a movie palace, The Met combines historic architecture with a concert-hall setting. Its seating configurations can vary by performance: the main floor may be general admission standing or reserved seating, while the mezzanine and balcony offer elevated views.
For a close, immersive experience, the floor is a strong choice when the event uses general admission or reserved floor seats. Center mezzanine seating can suit fans who prefer a seated view from above. Far-side balcony locations may have less direct sightlines, depending on the stage setup. The venue also has multiple bars and accessible seating areas.
Parking Information
Parking passes are available for nearby lots, but prices and availability can change. SEPTA's Broad Street Line is a practical alternative; Girard Station is about two blocks south of the venue. Street parking in the surrounding area may fill quickly on event nights, so allow extra time if driving.
